Payment drop boxes are located at both office locations for after hour's convenience. We also have a drop box located at the Colonel Bud Day Park at 185 Woodland Park Circle in Mary Esther and a drop box at the Seminole Community Center at 1470 Cedar St in Niceville. All payment drops are picked up on scheduled business days. Drop box payments will be applied to your account on the next scheduled business day. Pay automatically each month by using Electronic Funds Transfer. You will still receive a monthly statment. The amount due showing on your bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. There's nothing to remember or worry about. To request this service please stop by any of our offices to process the application. You will need to bring a cancelled check.
Payment Must Be Received By Due Date To Avoid Late Charges
If payment is not received within 20 days of the "Date Billed" date on your utility bill, a 10% late fee will be added to the amount owed.
If your billing statement shows an amount as "Past Due", the amount should be paid immediately to avoid interruption of your service. This usually means that your previous monthly bill has not been paid and the cutoff date that was printed on that previous utility bill is approaching. If you believe the past due amount has been paid, please contact Customer Service to ensure the payment was received.

LEND-A-HAND is a result of a shared vision of people helping people, from the heart. Its goal is to establish and maintain a fund from which qualifying customers of Okaloosa County Water and Sewer may be helped by the charitable contributions of people who care.
Lend-a-Hand is generally a billed item for those choosing to participate. Simply:
(1) Request an Authorization Agreement for Project Lend-A-Hand.
(2) Select the amount you would like to contribute, fill in your name, address, date and signature.
(3) Mail or bring your completed form to our Customer Service office at 1804 Lewis Turner Boulevard, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Once the form has reached our office your account will be set up to bill the requested amount. A one time contribution is accepted also. Note on the portion of the bill returned with your payment the amount you wish to donate to Lend-A-Hand. It will be app
