Payment Must Be Received By Due Date To Avoid Late Charges
If payment is not received within 20 days of the "Date Billed" date on your utility bill, a 10% late fee will be added to the amount owed.

If your billing statement shows an amount as "Past Due", the amount should be paid immediately to avoid interruption of your service.
